The architectural restoration study of the neoclassical building had as its main objective the preservation of the original form, the modernization and proper service of new functions and the addition of a loft.

Historical and morphological features were preserved, while the ground floor areas were redeveloped as commercial shops.

At the same time, two apartments were designed on the floor, one of which was unified in height with the attic space, being a functional living space.
